English born Australian, Aaron started playing the flute at the age of 7 and was taught by Bournemouth Flautist Alan Melly. Aaron completed his ABRSM Grade VIII at the age of 14, under the tuition of former Principal Flautist of the Royal Opera House Carol Bacon-Harty.

Aaron continued tuition with the Principal Flautist of the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) Laurie Beers and obtained his Performer's Degree from the Royal College of Music. Aaron freelanced with the BSO before coming to Australia.

Throughout his music career, Aaron has performed with orchestras and ensembles at the Edinburgh Festival, The Barbican, the Royal Festival Hall-South Bank Centre and the Royal Albert Hall.

Aaron has played in theatre groups as a multi-woodwind player and currently plays flute and piccolo with the Southern Highlands Symphony Orchestra.

Teaching at all levels, he has a passion for sharing his musical knowledge and regularly assists HSC students in their preparation for exams.

Aaron has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Majoring in Law of Business, a Diploma in Project Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a qualified assessor for Business Traineeships.

Today, Aaron works full time in the Vocational Education Training sector as a Business Development Manager and teaches the flute and saxophone part time in the Macarthur district.
